This project will be responsible for supporting product and customer analytics team for digital. This position will be working closely with multiple teams to understand customer behavior and grow highband.
1) Coding Skills - Python R (advanced skills), SQL – advance skills needed)
2) Ability to report - Reporting tools like PowerBI or excel skills preferred

Description – Analytics, Product and Customer Analytics, High Band (Contractor) Position Summary: This role will be responsible for supporting product and customer analytics team for digital. This position will be working closely with multiple teams to understand customer expectation and help high band customer grow. You’ll help foster a culture of data driven decision making including - testing, learning, iterating and improving to unlocking growth opportunities at a rapid pace. You’ll have a deep understanding of analytics tools and social channels and ability to leverage them in pursuit of growth. Job Responsibilities: • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Business teams, Customer Support teams, High Band team and Payment/Risk team to deliver new services and features, to keep the data infrastructure up to date with high band customer growth and new product features, and consistently evolve data model and data schema • Provide support to High Band, Payment/Risk organization with data analytics, data mining, ad-hoc investigations, reporting, and data quality assessment. • Support Payment/Risk decision making based on data driven analysis and current KPIs and metrics. • Follow business requirements for data storage and data governance on payment/risk DB Systems consistent with internal policies and external regulations • Complete team training and ensure processes are compliant and auditable Qualifications: •
Preferred 2-3 years’ experience in complex retail/consumer financial services/risk/payment services organizations with multiple financial products. • Preferred BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, engineering, business or related majors. • Deep understanding of digital customer relationship management, life cycle and lifetime value as well as strategies to help customer base grow. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many departments and levels of Management • Ability to effectively analyze data and present solid recommendations • Proficient English speaking and writing skills required • Deep understanding of Statistics, Data Analytics • Working skills on Business Intelligence Tools, at least one Scripting Languages (Python, R, SAS), SQL-like languages
