Funciones del Puesto

- Customer loyalty and augmentation of key customers portfolio
- Generate and coordinate commercial meetings according to the assigned portfolio
- Market mapping in search of opportunities and increment prospecting and sales volume of new loyal customers
- Propose new commercial strategies to increase portfolio
- Be the firm’s representative to customers and negotiate contracts and quotes with them
- Prepare commercial proposals to current and potential customers.
- Permanently follow up on proposals presented until acceptance and, in the case of rejection, obtain objective information for ulterior analysis
- Detect and respond to customer requests
- Manage customer services according to the agreed upon contracts and SLAs
- Advice company of potential buyers for new services

Requisitos del Puesto

Desirable with sales experience in the following areas:
- Staff Augmentation of technical personnel
- Custom Software Development
- In-house software development products
- Sales of Cloud Configuration, migration and management services
-Willingness to travel
-Off hours availability
-US Visa
-Canadian Visa is a plus
-Will deal directly with public
