Funciones del Puesto
As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with our clients to educate them, address their business challenges, and increase revenue to achieve our goals. You will focus on strengthening customer relationships, generating revenue opportunities, and ensuring long-term retention and loyalty. Your ability to analyze data and understand trends will be crucial, as you will communicate insights and make strategic recommendations to stakeholders. This position requires collaboration with Senior Sales, Product, and Operations teams to improve processes and foster teamwork.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the expert advisor and leader in the Shop's products, website, and solutions, ensuring that customer needs are met.
• Offer the highest level of sales and customer service.
• Evaluate success metrics and improve performance through data analysis.
• Report key results and suggest areas for improvement.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing customers, adding value to their accounts and increasing revenue.
• Proactively interact with customers to identify their needs and opportunities for additional support or new products.
• Work cross-functionally with key partners to drive additional revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Educate stakeholders on performance metrics, insights, and strategies to achieve better results.
• Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues that arise.
• Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers through constant communication and follow-up.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve products and overall customer experience.
Requisitos del Puesto
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experiencia Deseada
Over 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service. • Proven experience as an account executive or in a similar customer-oriented role, including digital marketing and data analysis.
Experience in strategy and programmatic implementation.
Desirable: Experience in new business development and market expansion.
Habilidades Deseadas
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in strategy and programmatic implementation.
• Excellent organizational, task management, relationship-building, and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Ability to improve processes, optimize workflows, and propose innovative solutions.
