Job description
1) Compile, sort, and verify documents to support accounting functions
2) Ensure that books and records are current and accurate
3) Prepare and post journal entries, reports and account reconciliations
4) Ensure accurate and complete processing of requirements timely
5) Assertively communicate with peers, management and stakeholders
6) Responsible for the account reconciliation process and retention of proper documentation
7) Comply with Internal Policies and International Accounting Standards
8) Perform other related duties as required

Requisitos del Puesto

Experience: The position requires between 0 - 2 years of experience in accounting clerical experience or equivalent. Experience preferred in one or more of the following disciplines: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and/or billing.
Technical skill: Knowledge of MS Office Excel.
Soft Skills: Basic level
