The Office Admin will collaborate with our service and project teams to deliver customer solutions. This position will also provide administrative support, work with our billing team, and contribute to and coordinate activities on different projects as requested.
Ability to speak and write in English at a proficient level.
Business Administration with experience in an Information Technology environment.
3 or more years of experience in goods and services purchasing and handling different distributors.
Proficient in Office suite (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK).
High attention to detail, negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
Sense of urgency in meeting all deadlines
