Funciones del Puesto

Supporting end users with data entry discrepancies and correcting entry errors as they arise
Collect and accurately document specified data metrics into an electronic data system in a timely and efficient manner.
Internally audit to ensure that information has been entered accurately in our various programs and platforms
Assist with running reports
Performs moderate to high volume of data entry into organization information systems.

Requisitos del Puesto

A high school diploma or GED.
Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
Familiarity with administrative duties
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Confidentiality
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset is a plus

Experiencia Deseada

Experience in PowerBi and/or Salesforce this is a must
