Funciones del Puesto

Responsible for planning, executing, directing and controlling all activities of the human resources department, ensuring that each employee achieves his or her personal and professional goals, through the implementation of efficient human resources management programs and ensuring faithful compliance with the rules and procedures of the company, under the provisions enshrined in the current regulations on the subject, the Labor Code and its complementary rules.

Requisitos del Puesto

BA, BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or closely related field
Advance proficiency in English (comprehension, read, write, speak)
Master's in human resources administration
Handling of all Human Resources Sub-Systems.
Experience in the implementation of HR projects: Performance Evaluation, Work Climate, Internal Regulations, Culture, etc.
Management of Labor Relations
Handling of Psychometrics, Competencies, Evaluations and Digital Talent Management systems.

Experiencia Deseada

Minimum 5 years of experience as Human Resources Manager.
