We are looking for the perfect team to join our Front Desk & Concierge Department
Duties:
-Welcoming the guests and making them feel like home. First impressions count, and a lot!
- Verify the identity of the clients, check the necessary documentation and make the registration in the hotel database.
- Point of reference for guests throughout their stay, responsible for providing all information about the hotel, facilities, products, tours and services.
- Respond to guest requests: from extra beds to special catering. In addition, they answer calls, emails and manage social networks.
- Resolve customer questions, requests or complaints quickly and effectively.

Be a plus for our guests!

In short, if there is someone in the hotel who can be an added value is the receptionist. Your recommendations and opinions will be relevant to our clients.
Even with operational work you will have 2 days off!

- English proficiency
- Availability schedules
- 3 years in similar positions
- Organization & communication skills
- Team Player
