Funciones del Puesto
As the Human Resource Manager for Mexico, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all human resources functions within the organization's Mexican operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with local regulations and support the company's strategic objectives. Your role will involve managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture in accordance with Mexican labor laws and cultural norms
Requisitos del Puesto
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., HRCI, SHRM, or local equivalent) preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws, regulations, and cultural norms related to HR practices, including recruitment, employment contracts, benefits, and termination procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both languages, both written and spoken.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related tools and technologies.
Habilidades Deseadas
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, such as a startup or high-growth company, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Knowledge of HR best practices and emerging trends in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, with a focus on the Mexican market.
Experience with HR metrics and analytics, and the ability to leverage data to drive HR decision-making and measure HR effectiveness in Mexican operations.
Experience managing HR operations in a multi-site or multi-state organization, with knowledge of regional employment laws and regulations within Mexico.
Familiarity with Mexican cultural nuances and customs, and the ability to navigate cultural differences and build effective relationships with local employees and stakeholders.
