Funciones del Puesto
• Assigns cases for coverage by contacting vendors by appropriate methods
• Makes phone calls, emails and text message to new and existing vendors and others as necessary
• Generates, researches and qualifies new vendors for coverage
• Develops and maintains a database of vendors for case assignments
• Persuades and negotiates with vendors where necessary for assignment coverage, pricing and other items as required
• Monitors case queue and take necessary steps to ensure case assignments are made in accordance with the established processes, procedures and deadlines
• Identifies and escalates priority issues
Requisitos del Puesto
- Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment with sales and/or customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast paced deadline environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles, practices and orientation
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Strong communication skills - listening, verbal and written (English)
