Funciones del Puesto

 Contribute to performance management procedures, including assessments, goal establishment, and plans for performance enhancement.
 Develop people to their full potential. Ensure development guides are understood and communicated to facilitate performance and career development.
 Provide information and consultancy, where necessary, to managers and employees about employee relations, HR activities, benefits, disciplinary actions, etc.
 Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Systems and database.
 Prepare and administer employment related documents, such as, employment contracts, annexes, orders for termination/severance payments and others.
 Work closely with site leadership and employees to improve work relationships, inspire engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
 Support delivery of effective employee onboarding process aiming to ensure a smooth and efficient employee induction and orientation.
 Conduct exit interviews and prepare relevant reports to support the turnover analysis.
 Monitor and apply the provisions of the applicable labor and social security legislation.

Requisitos del Puesto

 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related
 Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
 Gamification tools Certification is a plus
 Proficiency in English
 Driver´s license B1

Experiencia Deseada

 Minimum 3 years progressively in similar positions.

Habilidades Deseadas

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional analytical skills
 Handle knowledge of labor laws pertaining to HR is required
