Funciones del Puesto
- Process service requests in ticketing system, ensuring accurate details and proper formatting standards.
- Evaluate and assign requests to the appropriate team member.
- Monitor daily service calendars to optimize team scheduling and ensure timely resolution of requests.
- Communicate with customers within tickets to keep them updated on progress and changes.
- Coordinate escalations by serving as a liaison.
- Develop documentation and guides, and provide feedback on process improvements.
Requisitos del Puesto
- Advanced English
- University student or Bachelor's degree in Technology related fields (desirable).
* Comfortable in a technical environment.

Experiencia Deseada
- 2+ years of experience in customer care, in Service or IT support role.
Habilidades Deseadas
