Funciones del Puesto
This is a full-time on-site role for Middle School and Highschool Art and IB Visual Arts Teacher, based in Heredia. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective art lessons, fostering creativity and artistic expression among students. Responsibilities include guiding students in various artistic mediums, facilitating projects aligned with the IB Visual Arts curriculum, assessing student progress, and encouraging participation in art exhibitions and events. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into broader educational objectives and support student development
Requisitos del Puesto
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development, particularly related to Art and IB Visual Arts
• Strong knowledge and passion for Visual Arts as a subject
• Teacher certification and a degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field are highly desirable
• Prior experience teaching IB Visual Arts or working with IB curriculum is a strong asset.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Experience in Teaching and the ability to effectively engage and support students in their artistic growth.

• Skills in Art to guide students in these artistic disciplines
