Funciones del Puesto

• Leads the project team and defines a coordinated project strategy.
• Manages full project planning and execution according to CCPM, aligned with customer-ordered service phases in Velocity.
• Coordinates deliverables and resource needs with task managers.
• Monitors critical chain progress and ensures on-time project completion.
• Prevents or resolves project delays through rescheduling or escalation in steering meetings.
• Documents delays and major progress milestones in the scatterplot.
• Defines and coordinates development goals in process designs and records them in phase target definitions.
• Maintains project documentation in the design history file and project folder per the ADMEDES Development Control Procedure.
• Supports customer products throughout their entire life cycle.
• Shares responsibility for achieving defined KPI targets.

Requisitos del Puesto

• Bachelor’s degree Licentiate, Master's or higher degree. engineering (required).
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial environments.
• Experience in the medical device industry, or a master’s degree in medical devices is a plus
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, production processes, and quality systems.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with international teams and customers (minimum B2, preferable C1).
