Funciones del Puesto

• Compliance with quality system procedures and
specifications.
• Strict documentation following and monitoring of all
the manufacturing processes.
• Training colleagues in production processes and
passing-on specific process know-how.
• Support in developing work instructions,
inspection, testing, and maintenance procedures.
• Identify and propose initiatives to reduce costs and
improve quality and efficiency.
• Discrepancies to valid environmental and job
safety regulations must be reported to the
supervisor, line manager or EHS responsible.
• Ensure system functionality and performance
during the manufacturing process (Lean / Gemba
walks / Beewatec, 5S) as well as repair work if
required.
• Analysis of equipment error messages,
troubleshooting and independent elimination of
faults and delays at the production equipment.
• Close collaboration with project management,
quality, engineering, production, and external
technical services.
• Production responsibilities and process knowledge
according to the assigned work area.

Requisitos del Puesto

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial environments.
• Completed certifications are a plus.
• Good command of English (B2)
• Experience in technical field preferred, ideal in medical
technology.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking, and
problem-solving skills.
