Funciones del Puesto
Demand analysis in a specific category or at the business level.
Analyze historical sales data, current market trends, and feedback from business units to forecast demand and supply.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and SIOP KPIs using Excel and Jostens systems.
Collaborate with Business Unit and SIOP teams on special projects.
Analyze complementary areas (supply planning, product planning) to support demand planning improvement.
Support monthly SIOP meetings by tracking key metrics, updating work files, and identifying opportunities/areas of focus.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS:
Data analysis, interpretation, solution proposals, and communication.
Daily resolution of tactical issues related to demand and supply practices.
Support in data analysis and entry for the monthly SIOP process.
Creation/tracking of monthly goal metrics.
Project management for key SIOP initiatives.
Requisitos del Puesto
Business, Supply Chain, Demand Planning or equivalent degree.
Advanced English is required, the position works with a non-Spanish speaker team.
Experiencia Deseada
3 years of experience in supply chain, financial analysis, operations, project and production management
Habilidades Deseadas
Time management, strategic thinking, interpersonal relation and decision making skills.
