Funciones del Puesto
- Lead and manage an IT support team across multiple locations, ensuring alignment, performance, and continuous development.
- Oversee daily Help Desk operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
- Implement and maintain help desk processes, policies, and best practices.
- Manage ticketing systems, KPIs, and service levels (SLAs) to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide first-level support for internal business applications and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Manage IT vendors, procurement, and oversee hardware/software asset inventory.
- Deliver advanced technical support for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Promote a customer-focused approach, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for IT support communications and report performance metrics to leadership.
Requisitos del Puesto
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Advanced English.
Experiencia Deseada
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
• 2+ years of experience in leadership positions.
• Intermediate level experience with network and servers.
Knowledge of:
• Google Workspace.
• Hardware troubleshooting.
• Remote work tools and methodologies.
• Networking experience (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
• Help desk ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshservice).
• ERP and WMS/MES systems.
