Funciones del Puesto

- Develop and modify plumbing and HVAC system drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Interpret and apply U.S. building codes and standards.
- Coordinate designs and technical requirements with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Communicate directly in English, both in writing and verbally, with clients, contractors, local authorities, and other project participants.
- Review drawings and technical documentation to identify potential conflicts, inconsistencies, or coordination needs.
- Incorporate feedback and make design adjustments according to project requirements.
- Develop projects in AutoCAD or Revit, depending on each client's needs.

Requisitos del Puesto

- Degree in Architecture.
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Strong command of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of design and development of plumbing system drawings.
- Knowledge of HVAC system design.
- Knowledge of drawing and technical documentation review.
- Willingness to learn and apply codes, standards, and practices used in the U.S. construction industry.

Experiencia Deseada

- At least 1 year of experience in MEP systems design and coordination.
- Experience developing plumbing and HVAC drawings.
- Interest in professional growth in MEP systems design and coordination will be valued.
